Celebrate Good Times

We love hard-working individuals and as part of our mission to continually reward hard-working staff, we’ve been searching TripAdvisor, Booking.com and Trustpilot. Our goal: To identify staff members who are providing exceptional customer service. 

Whenever we come across a positive review that mentions a member of staff by name on any of the above platforms, we get in contact with the manager of the business concerned. We then arrange a free gift for the individual who received the positive review. We also arrange a delivery of Krispy Kreme doughnuts for the entire business to celebrate the individual concerned.

We believe that great work needs to be recognised and where possible celebrated.
